One (1) permanent full-time position of Office Manager (NOC 1221) available at 2109971 Ontario Inc. o/a XCELLA Furniture located at 45 Coonie Crescent, Unit A B, Concord, ON, L4K 1L3.
Main Duties to be completed as per the lead statement of NOC 1221:
- Carry out administrative activities of establishment;
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures;
- Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures;
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services;
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
Minimum One (1) year of experience.
Completion of Secondary School required.
Wage Rate : $24.00/hour
Hours : 40 Hours/week
