Our client located in Etobicoke is currently looking for an Account Receivables Manager/ Office Manager to add to their team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the operation of the office and A/R department
- Ensuring daily collections activities
- Training, coaching and directing staff
- Generating various administrative and financial reports
- Maintaining facilities and coordinating repairs when required
- Any other duties as required
The ideal candidate will have:
- 8+ years of administration experience
- 3+ years of management experience
- College and/or university degree
- Strong supervisory/management background
- Flexible attitude and a strong leader
- Ability to deal with various personalities
