Administrative Business Planning Officer

At this moment, we are seeking for a competent and professional Administrative Business Planning Officer to join our professional team. The ideal candidate would be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and fulfill all the tasks in a professional and timely manner. We are looking for someone with strong attention to details and drive for successful results as well as initiative mind to introduce new procedures in administrative systems facilitation.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparation and management of fiscal budget, administrative and business planning/execution.

  • Conduct research, assemble data, and prepare periodic report and regional analysis on medical health care to determine proper program offerings;

  • Prepare proposals based on new trends in tackling mental health awareness and ensure they follow relevant CRPO and OPA guidelines;

  • Work closely with management in developing administrative and internal operational processes in order to ensure that innovative medical approaches are offered to patients;

  • Establish work procedures to ensure that deadlines are met, patients’ wait-list are addressed, company procedures are followed, and business goals are achieved;

  • Oversee and co-ordinate day-to-day office organizational procedures, and evaluate and develop new practices as deemed necessary by the company;

  • Liaise with clients and other related parties such as family doctors and pharmacists to ensure proper post-medical care;

  • Maintain proper inventory level of supplies and products used for sessions, especially those specifically requested by clients;

  • Organize special requests during sessions and coordinate with relevant parties (interpreter, AV presentations, group meetings, etc.);

  • May communicate with outside parties with regards to the promotion of mental health care assistance in the region.



  • High school diploma;

  • At least 4+ years of experience in Administrative Business planning management, with specialization in financial and internal operations and client service;

  • Thorough understanding of mental health care procedures;

  • Excellent English language skills;

  • Written and verbal fluency in foreign languages such as Turkish and Persian are considered as assets;

  • High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail;


Compensati ons and Conditions:

  • $24.50 per hour for a 35-hour work week (overtime pay will apply after 44 hours of work per week, if applicable);

  • Permanent, non-seasonal, full day-time position;

  • Vacation, personal days and expenses related to occasional travel will be covered by the employer up to an agreed amount and to be discussed during the interview;

  • Location of work: 660 Main Street East, Hamilton, ON, L8M 1J8
