Best Option Staffing Solutions, better known as BOSS, is always looking for experienced, talented workers of all types for our clients. Below you will find one of our current positions in which we are looking to hire for immediately!

 

BOSS Staffing is assisting our client, a large logistics company is looking for an Appointment Scheduler to start ASAP.

 

They are conveniently located near Finch and Weston in North York.

 

The shift hours are from Monday to Friday from 6am-230pm, Monday to Friday.

 

The starting rate of pay is $15 to $16 per hour, based on experienced.

Position Details:

  • Coordinate delivery appointments with customers by making contact with them via phone or email
  • Follow up with customers for delayed shipments that will require rescheduling
  • Report any issues that may arise and escalate to operations
  • Additional tasks may be assigned if required
  • Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills
  • Have a strong sense of urgency, the ability to negotiate appointments with customers that meet shippers requirements
  • Minimum 2yrs experience in appointment booking or similar customer service type role preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Must speak, read and write fluent English
  • Able to demonstrate advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel)
  • Ability to work in a busy environment
  • High school diploma required, College or University preferred

Driving from Highway 401 - North on Highway 410, exit on Steeles Avenue, turn right to go eastbound on Steeles, turn right on Dixie Road, right on Advance Rd, right on Wilkinson Rd. We are the 3rd driveway on the right. Come to the back of the building and we’re on the corner closest to Advance.
