Our client located in Etobicoke is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for their call centre to add to their growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
Respond to clients requests by phone, email and fax
Manage various administrative inquiries from clients
Resolve any issues according to the internal guidelines
Provide support to clients requesting changes
Set up new clients and update various information
Any other administrative duties as required
The candidate for this position must be flexible to work between 12:00 pm and 10:00pm.
The ideal candidate will have:
Fluently bilingual in both French/English, written and verbal
1-3 years of customer service experience
Group Benefits Insurance experience a must
College and/or University degree
Strong MS Office skills
