Cafe Managers Position
Customer Service: Store and Catering Events, Interact with corporate clients on catering events by providing menu suggestions bases on sales trend analysis. Plan and coordinate corporate catering events,
Manage daily sales and prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
Staff Management: Interview, hire and provide training.
Prepare staff schedules, manage time card reports and calculate hours for payroll.
Inventory management: Manage front end inventory and order supplies.
Daily and weekly menu planning and specials.
Marketing:Manage sales promotions, daily and monthly store specials, marketing flyers and loyalty programs.
Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Must be available to work between 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM.
