Terms of Employment:
Permanent, Full Time (Overtime, Day, Night, Evening, Weekend)
Wage information: $13.84 or more Hourly, 8 hours per day, 5 days a week, flexible shift schedule, 2 days flexible days off; Medical, Dental, Life Insurance and long term disability at shared premiums is available through McDonald's Great-West Life Insurance group benefits plan, after six months of work.

Transportation/Travel Information: Own vehicle and valid driver’s license required.
Education: Completion of high school Experience: Minimum of one years of supervisory experience or at least two years of work experience in hospitality industry. Languages: Speak English, Read English
Knowledge, experience and skills required: Supervisory experience, having monitored and checked the work of other staff, and provided training or guidance to other more junior staff or extensive experience (of at least two years) experience working in hospitality industry for several years; Effective communication skills, able to interact in a pleasant manner with staff at all levels.
Job Duties: Responsible for all day to day aspects relating to the supervision and co-ordination of restaurant staff who prepare and serve food; Helps maintained standard for raw and finished product quality service and speed, quality and cleanliness; Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation; Establish methods to meet work schedules; Control labour hours and cash flow while on shift; Helps maintained records for safety and appropriately documents performance and or incidents in personnel files; Complete assigned shift paper; Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage; Train staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures ensures that food and service meet quality control standards; May participate in the hiring of crew members and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budget; Knows and helps to enforce and educate crew on all appropriate personnel policies, labour laws, security and safety procedures.
