Questsearch currently seeking Administrator & Data Entry Clerk, based in Canada. The ideal candidate is someone who can think fast on their feet, and enjoys a fast paced environment. This role requires both phone and computer skills who can handle pressure... while working alongside an awesome team. An exciting opportunity at the ground level.

Role and Responsibilities:

 • Perform related clerical duties, such as word processing, maintaining filing
 • Perform other office and administrative duties as may be requested
 • Maintenance of complete personnel records for all employees
 • Calculate, prepare and issue documents related to accounts
 • Provide database support to Human Resources, as required
 • Accurate data entry and message taking
 • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

 • Must have the telephone skills and etiquette to handle multiple phone calls
 • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
 • Must be organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
 • Must have strong proficiency in use of Excel / Word / Gmail
 • Must Have at least 1-year of Administrative experience
 • Be punctual and possess a professional attitude
 • Be highly responsible and reliable
