Office Administrator        

Metro Tires  Ltd. Located in Vancouver, BC is looking for 1 Full Time Permanent Office Administrator to Join their Team As Soon As Possible. 

Job Duties: 

  • Administer procedures and policies related to records by processing requests under government access to information.
  • Carry out administrative activities
  • Assist in preparing and controlling budget as well as uniform inventory.
  • Preparation of reports, manuals and maintaining records of licenses of staff and company
  • Supervising records, locations and duties of related staff.

 

Eligibility:

  • Completion of secondary school is required.
  • A university degree or college diploma in business or public administration will be an asset.
  • Several months of experience is required.
