BOSS Staffing is assisting our client in hiring a Part time experienced Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join their team immediately!

This client is located in Vaughan near Hwy 50 and Langstaff.

They are hiring a part time experienced Payroll and Benefits Administrator starting immediately.

Rate of pay: $19.00+ per hour (Negotiable on experience)

Hours of work:

  • Monday and Friday 8 hours per day from May 14-July 3
  • Monday – Wed 8 hours per day from July 30- August 27

Job Duties:

  • Administers background check and criminal check for all new hires
  • Enroll new USA employee into Skills soft Training
  • Tack all USA complete training
  • Back up Payroll processing CDN/US every Monday and Tuesday of the week
  • Benefit administration for US/CND new hires
  • Deal with our US/CDN government bodies on tax enquires /workers comp.
  • Month end reports for Finance
  • Respond to employee enquires
  • Filing
  • Schedule interviews for Warehouse Employees

Skills and ability required:

  • Experience 2 years working with Ceridian (experience with Day Force Application if possible)
  • Experience transmitting US and CND payroll in Ceridian
  • Benefits Administration Enrollment experience
  • General background in HR; recruiting and other HR admiration
  • Flexible in hours of work per week
  • Detailed oriented
  • Able to deal with confidential and employee personal information
  • Work under min supervision

Driving from Highway 401 - North on Highway 410, exit on Steeles Avenue, turn right to go westbound on Steeles, turn right on Dixie Road, right on Advance Rd, right on Wilkinson Rd. We are the 2 nd driveway on the left. Come to the back of the building and we’re on the corner closest to Advance.
