This organization is looking for a committed, hard working and well-organized Personal Assistant who will provide essential support to a high level executive within their Office.
This job will consist of the following duties:
Providing support to a high level executive within the organization such as personal scheduling, preparing for meetings, handling billing, and performing other personal duties as needed.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
1-3 years of experience in a support or customer service role
Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Independent worker, reliable, responsible and self-managed
High proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Google Docs
