Job Duties:
- Co-ordinate, schedule, and supervise the store operations.
- Resolve work problems and recommend work measures to improve productivity.
- Maintain inventory while adhering to budgets.
- Ensure the proper set up of racks, tables, coolers etc.
- Resolve customer complaints.
- Hiring and Training new staff and preparing work schedules.
- Comply and ensure Health, Safety and Food Safety policies are followed.
- Guide staff to efficiently stock, rotate and display product to ensure quality and freshness.
- Assist with regular clean up duties to ensure an efficient, safe and clean environment is maintained.
Other Information: The candidate must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
