  • Communicate with client of construction plans;
  • Estimations project cost and list questions raised;
  • Conclude contract with clients;
  • Coordinate and assign works for each department and contractors involved for construction projects;
  • Carry out negotiation with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to maximum material/service quality and minimize costs;
  • Supervise construction working schedules to ensure project finish within timeline;
  • Supervise on the implement of quality control for ongoing construction projects;
  • Oversee potential health, safety and labor compliance issues with laws and regulations;
  • Produce progress reports and schedules to clients;

Required qualification

  • Bachelor degree with Engineer background preferred;
  • Minimum of 3 years experience of supervising construction projects;
  • Project coordinate and management skills;
  • Familiar with construction project health and safety laws and regulations;
  • Ability to communicate in English, Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) is an asset;
